“ Absolutely excellent meal tonight in gurkhas restaurant. The food was first class and staff could not have served us any better. Would recommend to anyone looking for great food, great service and great atmosphere. ”
“ THE BEST Indian I've ever had! Our family loved dining in here. The staff went above and beyond for us, top notch service. Thank you so much for a delicious evening!! ”
“ My wife, my son and I visited just a few days ago. We had previously ordered for home delivery, but this was the first visit to the restaurant. Food and service is excellent! I had a king prawn starter (prawns were still in their shells), and the prawns were butterflied - they were accompanied by what I think was a raita and a little salad - also some sauce intertwined in red and green. Lovely! My main course was Chicken Pokhreli - absolutely outstanding! I also had steamed rice and garlic & coriander naan breads. The Pokhreli is an authentic Nepalese dish and it actually has nettles in it, but please do not be put off with that! Just wanted to say that my family and I were treated so well by the fantastic staff - we even had a quick chat with the chef! Will definitely return!! ”
“ We have been coming to Gurkhas for over three years, it’s the best Indian in the area. The food is excellent, the staff are lovely and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We recently celebrated our anniversary there and they surprised us with a cake. Would definitely recommend. ”
“ After bouldering, 3 of us decided to go for a meal here. We arrived close to 9:30 pm (almost closing time), so we were going to order take away. Staff were incredibly friendly and invited us to sit in. The service was impeccable, the food was divine and we had a lovely time over there. The food is very reasonably priced and the portions are generous. 10/10, will return for sure! ”
